Teknobag Draimad - Skid Type

These unit features – Sludge dewatering and Floculation system.

First Polyelectrolyte solution is prepared by mixing polyelectrolyte (powder form) with water in Polypreparation tank and then it is pumped through poly dosing pump to Flocculator. Sludge from the sludge-settling tank is also fed to the Flocculator using the sludge feed pumps of capacity, with facility for flow adjustment. In the Flocculator the sludge and the poly is mixed continuously with poly solution. Poly dosing is adjusted to achieve formation of big flocks.

Bag De-watering System consists of poly-mixing tank, Poly preparation tank poly dosing pump and Teknobag Draimad sludge dewatering equipment.

Teknobag Draimad


Working Principle:

In Sludge Dewatering System, flocculated sludge is poured in the filtration bag  These bags are mounted on a stainless steel frame and it is designed to give even sludge distribution. After operating dry solid content of 15% to 20% can be achieved. At the initial dewatering stage, the bags are sealed and removed with a special bag trolley. In the second phase, sludge weight and volume decreases regardless of weather. After 10 to 15 days, a cake of 50 to 90 % dry solid content is achieved. Water repellent material of the bags prevents entering of rainwater into the bag but allows dehydration of the contents by evaporation.

This Sludge Dewatering System can handle 10 to 200 kg of dry solid per day in two to three shift operations per day. A semi-automatic machine with dedicated control panelin corporating digital controller and level probe can also be supplied on request.

Working Principle:

Dynamic Thickener manufactured by Teknofanghi® are the modern and economical solution to sludge thickening.

The Dynamic Thickener is the use of an Archimedean screw instead of only the conventional drum filter. Filter cloth is made up of polyester is fixed to the Archimedean screw, making a drum with a screw inside. Screw gear motor rotates the drum filter. It enables an easy and simple control of the thickening process to achieve the optimal thickening.

Working Principle :

Polyelectrolyte powder form the feed hopper passes through a lump breaker and via a screw conveyor microdoser to a Polyelectrolyte Preparation Unit where it is mixed with a control volume of water and enters a dilution tank equipped with an agitator. Then it passes to a dispersion tank, which is also mechanically mixed and finally to an aging and storage tank. The poly electrolyte solution is withdrawn from this tank by a Poly dosing Pump.

MONOBELT® or AISI304 Belt filter press

Working Principle:

The Teknofanghi AISI304 Belt filter press is a new patented design. This system is composed of two units: the pre-thickener, and the sludge press.

The pre-thickener is used to perform solid/liquid separation stage where sludge solid concentration changes from 0.5-3.0% to 5-15%.

The sludge press takes pre-thickened sludge, spreads it uniformly on the endless filter cloth by series of baffles.
