1 m3/hr Sludge Dewatering Machine is designed with latest technology and more than 9000G centrifugal forces can be generated. The self-cleaning separators perform partial and total discharge of solids. The ejection of solids is done with complete separator speeds without any interruption of the feed. This machine can be offered with one or two centripetal pumps for pressurized discharge of clarified feed. In biotech applications, the machine is provided with steam sanitisable version with a rotating hydro seal to prevent any possibilities of contamination between the separation and drive areas.
